Floods – Landslide
Floods that began in late January inundated the capital city of Jakarta displacing approximately 313,000 people. During the height of the floods, up to 35 percent of the city was underwater with more than 500,000 people affected by water depths in excess of 3 m Floods and landslides also affected another 33 regions of eastern Java.
