The Freeway Complex was contained at 30,305 acres burned in southern California yesterday. The Sayre Fire was reported at 95 percent contained today.
Weather: Santa Barbara County in southern California is predicted to have northerly sundowner winds this evening. The southeastern states will continue to have dry conditions and below normal temperatures.
